Established in 2003 and based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. RWC are leaders and innovators in personalised self-defence concepts, martial arts, combative training and physical conditioning.
RWC's philosophy is to provide simple, realistic street self defence strategies combined with no nonsense training methods.
RWC's training concepts provide a personalised programme for the individual. The training involves taking you from your current fitness levels and progressively increases them at a pace you can handle. Ultimately you will be physically stronger, more agile & flexible and have increased stamina. On a secondary level the body's physiological responses are improved appearance, leaner and generally feeling better about yourself.

With various styles of Wing chun at last count 17 all tracing back to Ip man the world of Wing Chun has become a little confusing.

Krav Maga Self Defense
The name in Hebrew means "hand-to-hand combat". Krav meaning "combat" and Maga meaning "contact" or "touch".
Generally, Krav Maga is not tournament martial arts, there are no rules in Krav Maga. It is an aggressive defense fighting method which is not regulated, but utilized to keep the user safe and incapacitate the opponent by any means necessary. Men and women generally train using the same drills and methods.
General principles include:
Aggressive counter attacking as soon as possible (or attacking preemptively).
Targeting specific areas of the body to attack. Ideally the most vulnerable points such as the eyes, jaw, throat, groin, knee etc.
Demoralizing the opponent as quickly as possible by responding with an unbroken stream of counter attacks to end the conflict as quick as possible.
Maintaining peripheral awareness of surroundings while dealing with the threat in order to look for escape routes, further attackers, objects that could be used to defend or help attack and so on.
Basic training is a mixed aerobic and anaerobic workout. Fitness is key part of development, also the Krav mind-set formation. Protective pads and other personal protection equipment may be used during initial training.
Typical training scenarios used
For situations typically encountered in law enforcement, security street patrol or combat situations.
Training scenarios teach students to ignore distractions.
Work place violence. Threats and attacks to people working in healthcare, hospitals, the teaching professions. Customer interfacing.
Other training methods to increase realism might include blindfolding or exercising trainees to near exhaustion before dealing with a simulated attack, as well as training outdoors on a variety of surfaces and restrictive situations.
Training also covers situational awareness to develop an understanding of one's surroundings and potentially threatening circumstances before an attack occurs.
It may also cover ways to deal with potentially violent situations, and physical and verbal methods to avoid violence whenever possible.

Learn authentic IKI Israeli Krav Maga
You will learn: practical self defense techniques against weapons, holds, grabs and how to deal with multiple attackers standing or on the ground, plus much more.
We will take you through a number of basic combatives, self defense techniques, drills and exercises, which make up the foundations of Krav Maga.
Our main goal is that you understand everything we are teaching. You will learn basic and advanced movement, effective awareness and common objects drills and techniques, how to strike while under pressure and how to implement striking into drills in outside environments, basic and advanced self defense techniques, fighting drills and tactics, ground fighting (separating Krav Maga from competition fighting, using techniques for the street and not the ring) and updated and quality controlled defenses against gun, long gun, knife and clubbing weapons.
